Stage Two: Implementation

Key business processes must be identified and given measurable performance objectives. You are also required to develop and implement several key documents:

Quality Manual
Control of Documents Procedure
Control of Records Procedure
Control of Nonconformances Procedure
Internal Audit Procedure
Corrective Action Procedure
Preventive Action Procedure

Stage Three: Review

Once implemented, the quality management has to be maintained for at least 60 days, after which it will be reviewed.

Stage Four: Certification

Once your quality management system has been audited by an approved Registrar, you will then gain your ISO 9001:2015 accreditation. This is not a one off award, and you will need to update your certification every three years.
