Many consultants offer advice on how to write the Quality Manual and Procedures but leave the company to carry out the actual writing of the documents. Using your own staff on this task is expensive, time consuming, and prevents them from carrying out their usual duties. Even with a steep learning curve, familiarizing themselves with the requirements of ISO 9000, then writing the Quality Manual and Procedures will take months. If the consultant writes your Quality Manual and Procedures for you the cost will usually be at least £300/day plus expenses.

Our company service

All the ISO 9000 requirements refer to procedures and are not specific to any manufacturing or service process. Our "off the shelf" generic Quality Manual and Procedures can be easily adapted to suit the personal requirements of your company. Sometimes alterations or additions to your working practices may be required to comply with the procedure requirements, but these changes usually benefit the company.

If your company has no Quality Manual and no written Procedures as required in ISO 9000, you could adopt all our written documentation and be ready for certification in only the time it takes you to implement our procedures.

Purchasing our "off the shelf" package costs UK£1000 for the Quality Manual and UK£100 for each of the seventeen Procedures we use in the Quality manual, or you can "pick and mix" to suit your own requirements, writing some of your own procedures if more appropriate to your specific needs.
